Tony Galluscio – President
Mr. Galluscio, a United States Marine Corps infantry veteran and Clemson University alumnus, has over twenty-five years of combined military and industry leadership experience. As a former Fortune 500 executive with thirteen US patents and a Master of Science in Computer Science, Mr. Galluscio has a track record of success leading important technology programs that are geared toward innovation and making a difference. As the founder and President of Veratics, Mr. Galluscio is responsible for setting the overall strategy while guiding and overseeing Veratics’ engagement and execution in both the Federal Government and commercial industries.
Marc Bernard – Executive Vice President
Mr. Bernard, an established technology leader and Georgetown alumnus, has twenty years of industry experience. He is a CFA® charterholder with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown, a Master of Science in Finance, and a Doctorate of Business in Finance. He has five US patents and his experience spans technologies from telecommunications to healthcare IT and other related fields in both the Federal Government and commercial industries. As our Executive Vice President of Operations and Finance, Mr. Bernard is responsible for stellar program execution, tracking, and control.
Martye Joyce – Vice President Business Development
Ms. Joyce is a seasoned business development professional with a proven background in program management, cybersecurity, workforce development and client relationship management. She has worked as a principle with Symantec, and led major efforts for Pearson, and Diebold. Her experience includes building incredibly strong, positive relationships while providing solutions to complex procurement issues for commercial and government customers. She holds an EMBA and a Masters of Science in Cybersecurity from University of Maryland University College.
Debbie Hammer – Director, Commercial Programs
Ms. Hammer, an established business leader and alumna of Marquette University, has thirty years of industry leadership experience. She is an experienced strategist with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Masters of Business Administration. From effective engagement in all aspects of business management, spanning entrepreneurial start-ups to large scale system implementations, Ms. Hammer has developed a strong orientation to customer service and satisfaction. As our Director of Commercial Programs, Ms. Hammer is responsible for stellar full lifecycle commercial project execution.
Bob Turner – Director, Government Programs
Mr. Bob Turner, a US Army Veteran and Clemson University alumnus, has over forty years of combined military and industry leadership experience. His experience spans leading technical development programs and personnel for both the DoD and commercial marketplaces. His most recent experience at Veratics was as our Program Manager for Government Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Turner successfully managed large government projects for Harris Corporation.
Dan Pierce – Chief Software Engineer
Mr. Pierce, a United States Navy veteran and University of South Florida alumnus, has over thirty years of combined military and industry leadership experience. He is a seasoned software developer, product owner, and agile practitioner with a Master of Science in Computer Science and track record of success leading software teams through full-lifecycle product development. His strong interpersonal, communication and technical skills provide the ability to fill the void between business owner’s needs and execution teams. As our Chief Software Engineer, Mr. Pierce is responsible for ensuring that tooling, process, and execution drives success for our customers.
Josh Stephens – Chief Software Architect
Mr. Stephens, a technology thought leader and Auburn University alumnus, has a decade of industry experience. He is a talented software architect with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Software Engineering. His experience includes evaluating architectures, designing systems, creating software, and implementing Agile methodologies for both large and small businesses. As our Chief Software Architect, Mr. Stephens is responsible for all aspects of software architecture including recommending high-level design choices and technology standards to ensure Veratics provides maximum value to our customers.
